30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unaltered pieces within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a shipping and processing fee. Some exclusions apply. For full details, see our FAQ.

2-Year Warranty

Every GAIA piece comes with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and one complimentary replating if your piece tarnishes within that period. After two years, our restoration programme continues at a small fee per restoration. We are here for the life of your piece.
