Shipping timelines indicated below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING METHODS
- FedEx Priority - Complimentary on all orders.
- Delivery within 3–5 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard International shipping is offered for a flat rate of RM100
- Complimentary shipping is available for all orders above RM1,500.
- Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days, excluding potential delays caused by customs clearance.
Deliveries outside of Malaysia may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that GAIA does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. GAIA is unable to reimburse any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the following countries at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. All orders are covered under carrier insurance while in transit. GAIA is absolved of all responsibility for any loss due to the package being delivered without supervision.
BACK-ORDERED JEWELLERY
If your order contains back-ordered pieces, items will ship as soon as they are available and you will not be charged for multiple shipments. This way, all in-stock items will ship the next business day, and all back-ordered pieces will ship when available. We aim to ship back-order items within 14 days, though certain pieces may take slightly longer.
